Though not one to often write reviews I have to commend the Crawlspace Remediation LLC team. The work performed, workers attitude, professionalism, quality of work, communication and cooperation was great through the entire process ! The team showed up everyday and was conscientious in their work. A special shout out to Jalen, Tristan, Christian, Patrick and Joe for all their great efforts. The office support of Brianna and Brittany is also appreciated for their great communication. Lastly, Sam, the owner was exceptional to deal with. We spoke on the phone and Sam met with me personally to understand my expectations and show me how Crawl space Remediation LLC would meet my expectations.
Very happy I chose a local business and I am 100% confident I made the correct choice receiving a competitive price and thorough job vs. the larger national service providers.

I truly cannot say enough good things about the crew that worked on my crawlspace. They were respectful, professional and were great communicators every step of the way. Brianna the branch manager is a great person to work with and was able to make everything very clear for me. Joe was the technical sales rep for my project and I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need.
My project took six weeks total. They dug out my crawlspace, found that I didn't even have a foundation in some places and immediately got to work repairing it, fixing the settling and replacing the sill plates in my home. Afterwards, the team did mold remediation and a full encapsulation of the crawl. It was a tough job (some places of my crawl were only 4" from the joist before the dig out!), but Nick, Arthur and Joe really came through and did fantastic work. My home is more comfortable and I feel safer knowing my investment is protected.
Out of all the contractors I've had at my fixer-upper, they've been the absolute best. I did have other quotes from "big name" companies in the area for foundation repair and I will say the Crawlspace Remediation team outperformed them in every aspect - the quote was less than 50% of the big name guys and the work quoted actually ADDRESSED the problem and I felt respected during the entire process. Again, cannot say enough good things! Thank you!
Jaiden, Josh, and Nick did a great job sealing my crawlspace and installing a radon mitigation system. The crew was clean, kind, and professional. I saw a large decrease in radon levels just a few hours after the installation was complete. Brianna and Brittany at the main office are super helpful and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with the work done in my home!
One of the BEST decisions I ever made was to call this company. EVERYTHING..... and I mean right from the initial consultation to the continuing yearly check ups....is going smoothly. This is a very professional and well run company. I'm so glad I made my crawl space a better place with this company. So wait....am I patting myself on the back for my great decision or them for being so great? (Ha Ha) Ok. Both I guess but I got the easy part. Crawling around down there to make it lovely is no picnic.
I had Crawlspace Remediation come out for a full clean out and encapsulation of a 15x15 foot crawlspace under an addition to my home that desperately needed new insulation and sealing to prevent significant loss of temperature for the winter (temps were previously going down as low as 40 degrees in the addition due to the crawlspace vents being open and insulation being poor, while the rest of the house over the basement would stay warm). Jaiden and Josh were both fantastic to work with, they kept me updated throughout the process, worked around my schedule, and even considered the fact that I'm currently pregnant, bringing in organic sprays and a large HEPA filter to use during the mold remediation portion of the job to ensure I didn't breathe in any harmful chemicals. My crawlspace is very small and narrow (definitely hard to get in and out of), but Jaiden and Josh still handled the job beautifully and efficiently! Pricing was very fair (the most affordable estimate I received out of 4 different companies I contacted, and they also didn't require me to dig the crawlspace out deeper to complete the job like some other companies recommended, which also saved me a lot of money!) It was a pleasure working with them!
My husband and I needed some serious work done to our crawlspace. Buying our home, we were burdened with the previous home owners lack of Maintenance under the house. Littered with debris, garbage, hanging wires, mold, leaks.
We had numerous quotes on encapsulating our crawlspace. We were skeptical from the start as anyone is hiring someone for a big job.
We hired crawlspace remediation and are so incredibly thankful we did.
Brendan and Ryan came out for the job. Estimated 6 day job and they even got the job done a day early. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Polite and professional. These two worked so hard the entire time they were here. They removed and disposed all debris/old insulation, insulated exterior walls with the foam board, insulated box headers, added vapor barriers, added drainage system, treated mold, added extended downspout, the list goes on and on. They completely saved our crawlspace, our minds are blown at what a difference it is now under our house. We are incredibly grateful for the extreme amount of quality work they performed and couldn't be happier with our choice in the company! They didn't leave any mess behind and were not disruptive to our daily routine. These guys deserve all the praise for their outstanding job! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

There were a few different people we dealt with over the week long process of encapsulating our crawlspace, and every single person was very nice and professional. Nick especially was SO helpful with our 300000 questions as we had never done anything like this before. We got a few quotes and they were the cheapest by almost 3K, so definitely worth it. Not only that, the vast majority of companies turned us away because our crawlspace was 1. A complete disaster and 2. Less than 3 feet tall. But they were up to the challenge and did a great job! I would use them again!
Can't say enough good things about this company. I was prepared to compare pricing but Nick's initial inspection made me confident I had chosen the right company. He was very honest with me what was required and what wasn't so I could decide based on my budget. Long story short, the pricing was so good I decided to go with the whole recommended quote and I don't regret it. My house is 95 years old and the crawlspace was in 'okay' shape - now it's basically brand new. Gordon and Mark did a fantastic job, kept me informed of what was going on, and got everything done right on schedule. They were very considerate while working on my house too. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean and close everything up so I could still let my dogs out in the back yard. I am a supply chain coordinator at work and I'm extremely particular about finishing paperwork/scheduling promptly; Sam and Meriann didn't seem to mind and were easily able to keep up with me.
