They also took out the old water heater the previous owner had for a very reasonable fee and just saved me such a headache to deal with. I am so happy how this came out and cannot recommend this place anymore than I have to anyone in need for crawlspace needs.

We contracted with Crawlspace Remediation to do a complete Crawlspace waterproofing job, including drainage, sump pumps, mold treatment, foundation supports and encapsulation. I have done several of these projects myself over the years and can honestly say the finished product was better than I ever did. Joe Herron, Nick, Josh, Keegan, Ryan and Brenden were skillful and courteous. All my concerns were addressed without delay or excuses. Brianna in the office was great at keeping me informed. This company is well run, provides honest pricing ( unlike many I checked out), and committed to customer satisfaction. No corners were cut and some enhancements were added that I never expected. This company will be my “go to” for similar projects in the future.I can highly recommend them.
