Crawlspace Structural Repairs

Restore Strength & Stability Beneath Your Home

Moisture doesn’t just make a crawlspace damp; over time, it weakens the very structure of your home. Rotting sill plates, sagging joists, or failing beams can leave floors uneven, doors sticking, and homeowners worried about safety.

At Cut ‘N Dry Waterproofing, we specialize in repairing and reinforcing damaged crawlspaces so your home stands strong for years to come.

Why Crawlspace Repairs Matter

Your crawlspace isn’t just empty space under your floor. Its foundation supports the stability of your home. If the wood down there gets damp, it can rot, get weak, or attract pests. This can put your whole house at risk. Even small crawlspace issues can grow into bigger problems if you don’t take care of them.

Fixing problems early helps keep your home stable, protects your investment, and makes your living space safer and healthier.

Go Beyond Repairs with Cleaner Air

Strengthening your crawlspace is the first step, but protecting the air your family breathes takes your home’s safety even further. That’s why many Michigan homeowners add our CIMR (Continuous Infectious Microbial Reduction) technology after structural repairs.

CIMR actively reduces mold spores, bacteria, and allergens by releasing safe hydrogen peroxide molecules throughout your home. Unlike standard UV systems that only work at the bulb, CIMR circulates protection into every corner, creating cleaner, fresher air for your family.

My crawlspace issue isn't even listed and was entirely out of the norm. The seller of my home threw an entire box box of mothballs into the kitchen sink opening he remodeled and into the small, inaccessible by a person, crawlspace opening. I could not move in due to the toxic fumes. I had 3 companies come out to inspect the problem and Nick was the only one who said, we can get them. He was awesome, replying to my barrage of texts asap. The other Nick and Keegan, very professional, hard working young men, worked their butts off digging a trench in the rock hard dirt, in a VERY short crawlspace and retrieved a huge amount of the mothballs, I was beyond happy! I have them in a bag, in another sealed bag, and they still reek. I was also relieved to find out the old house foundation looked very good and solid, and they could see no mold; which was the original inspector's worry about the home. Brianna, was also great with emails, and everything was done on time for a reasonable cost, given the task of the unusual problem. Highly recommend, and have passed their info on to my inspector, for other homes that may have crawlspace issues.

It was a pleasuring working with this company to find the best solutions for our crawlspace problems. They replaced a water damaged beam, replaced bad duct work, installed a sump pump and took care to explain the process as they went along. The house is staying warmer now. Brendan was in charge of the project and was super communicative. Ty and Tristan worked with him. They were both very friendly and helpful. Brianna and Brittany in the office were both super helpful with scheduling and answering any questions I had. I will for sure use them again in the future if we have any issues with our crawlspace again. Hopefully there won't be since they did an amazing job :).

I spoke to 4 different companies about a tough crawlspace issue I was having. None of them could do it. Then I came across Crawlspace Remediation. They have seen a few crawlspaces in their day and nothing scares them. Nick came to my home and assured me they could fix ALL of my issues. He was so professional and knowledgeable and provided a step by step plan of attack. Briana at the main office was always in the know about the specifics of my job and truly was a wonderful representative for the company. Jayden and Josh were the experts in the space. They worked so hard and were a joy to work with. Every person mentioned did not stop until everything was complete and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this team!

I truly cannot say enough good things about the crew that worked on my crawlspace. They were respectful, professional and were great communicators every step of the way. Brianna the branch manager is a great person to work with and was able to make everything very clear for me. Joe was the technical sales rep for my project and I never felt like I was being sold something I didn't need.   My project took six weeks total. They dug out my crawlspace, found that I didn't even have a foundation in some places and immediately got to work repairing it, fixing the settling and replacing the sill plates in my home. Afterwards, the team did mold remediation and a full encapsulation of the crawl. It was a tough job (some places of my crawl were only 4" from the joist before the dig out!), but Nick, Arthur and Joe really came through and did fantastic work. My home is more comfortable and I feel safer knowing my investment is protected.   Out of all the contractors I've had at my fixer-upper, they've been the absolute best. I did have other quotes from "big name" companies in the area for foundation repair and I will say the Crawlspace Remediation team outperformed them in every aspect - the quote was less than 50% of the big name guys and the work quoted actually ADDRESSED the problem and I felt respected during the entire process. Again, cannot say enough good things! Thank you!
